Camera rental booking and operations system connecting customer reservations, automated notifications, schedules, and internal business records.
The Challenge
The business needed a more organized way to manage customer bookings, rental schedules, and business records while reducing manual back-and-forth with customers.
I built the customer-facing website with gear listings, pricing, rental information, and a structured booking flow connected to the business's internal operations.
The Result
180 bookings across 2 cameras were managed through a more structured booking and operations workflow.
Using Tally, Zapier, and Make, I automated booking notifications, customer confirmations, pickup schedules, and return details. I also built an admin hub used by 2 users to centralize bookings, customer information, invoices, and financial records.
